The “The Heirloom” pattern was created to evoke inherited textiles — an object in which time, memory, and the traces left by generations intertwine. The composition features a recurring fragment of a wooden chair from Katrina Bajoras’s painting “The Leap,” taking on a new form and meaning in silk.

The scarf designs emerged from fragments of Katrina Bajoras’s paintings, recomposed and enhanced with original painted patterns to create new, distinctive compositions. Some also bring the artist’s iconic works to life, transferred from canvas to silk.
